It is lightweight and 100% waterproof making it ideal for all weather conditions come rain or shine. The Bundlebean Wheelchair Raincovers has no fiddly fixing to deal with and even comes with its own handy compact stuff-bag. Unlike restrictive PVC raincovers, this product is loved by kids as it has been specially designed using a super soft PU-backed fabric with a silky feel.
