Not only is it a zip back but it has a double button lock system to make it that little bit more difficult for the wearer to undress and access an adult nappy. This garment comes with a button front to allow access to PEG/G-tubes and sub-pubic catheters.

Comfortable and age appropriate, these garments provide discreet protection and a layer of warmth while also allowing easy access for changing nappies. These garments are also the perfect solution to control smearing.
